So all my MIA from blogging and complete focus at work has paid off.
They have noticed my dedication and hard work and I got a nice increase today and I am jumping for joy.
Not bad for someone who started almost 4 months ago.

My Room & Minor Updates
So its finally official: I have no one else to share room with. My sister moved out and my brother move out a while back with their significant others. Though I hope to be moving soon as well within the next year or so. This is the first time in this family have been this seperate. It’s different but it time for us to move on with our lives. But my parents are getting older and they have come to expect that we will take care of them in old age. It easy to do that when you’re single but when you are trying to balance a relationship. It is going to be harder to achieve that level independence from your filial duties as the oldest son. But I digress.

Being Thankful
I am so thankful in my life where your best gay friend (aka Rob) knows something is wrong with me by a greeting., not many people can see the off side in me but he did in one greeting. I don’t know how he knew but he did. I know my straight close friends are great and lovely. But Rob is the only person who I know can understand the gay side of me and trying to maintain that balance. He also understand loyalty like I do and family as well and very similar pasts. He’s an awesome buddy and I can’t wait to see him again in July. We’re going camping the the Great Canadian Wilderness!!! I wouldn’t trade him for anything in the world.

Snowboarding Trip and Update
Wow. I can’t believe it is almost Thursday. Lately I been busy with so much stuff that I don’t know how I do it sometimes. It is WAY better than my non productive unemployed days. I been working to improve on various skills that I have acquire in this new firm. The responibilites are much greater here and I love the people I work with. We developed a rapport with each other and it feels great to be a part of the essential team now. The lawyers all know who I am on the case and I am more intergrated in the responibilities that we have been doing. Which means that they want me there. I can’t believe my two week assignment became over two months. I think I will be there even longer due to a new case I got assigned to. This one from the very beginning so I will be having this case on the first person knowledge now. The people all seems to like me there. Meeting so many new people. Very cool.
Last weekend I went to Tahoe with my buddies which includes Raven, Mona and Hiromi. We rented a cabin there and went up to Heavenly to ski with me being the only snowboarding. We had five people who took the lesson and 3 of us who were advance enough to go to the mid level runs. The blue runs. It didn’t take too long to rememeber what to do and we spent the morning skiing/snowboarding on different runs. There was one point where the 3 of us got lost but found each other in about 45 mins. I was quite glad that we did manage find each other because Heavenly is a HUGE place. After we were done we all went back to the cabin to cook dinner and spent the rest of evening getting to know each other and playing Mario Kart on the XBox. My goals for this trip was also completed. To do a blue run from top of the mountain all the way down and not to fall ONCE at all in one of the runs. Two things off my list now.
This trip really game me a chance to do something together as a group with Raven and Mona and got to know Hiromi a lot better. They in turn got to know a lot more of my friends and I am extremely happy that they all got along.
Well that all my updates so far. I know I havent wrote much but I guess when you have so much going on in real life it hard to focus and blog anymore. I miss it but other priority really needs my attention these days.
